    I need to know how much cash do we have available currently, in case John B. needs to come up with $50,000.00 by April 11th to pay to the gasb cmpany.

 

We have a cut off notice from the gas company for $50,000.00

 

We need to cease payments to anyone else right now, in case, we need to pay the gas company!!!!!

 

I am hoping that with what we have in the bank account plus April's condo fees, we can calm the gas company down with a minimum payment.

 

John B: We need to hear what terms you can get us, in negotiations, with the gas company.

 

At this point, everyone else can go on hold, while we pay the gas.

Calvin:  I don't want any other checks written as of right now, to anyone, until we know something from John B.

 

Everyone has to be put on hold, other than emergencies, maybe even the damned elevator, even maintenance, even management. No one is to be paid until we hear from John B. on what we will have to do with the gas company!!!!!

 

Every tenant will be asked at Monday's meeting, to pay their condo fees early!!!!!
